鼠神经生长因子穴位注射联合肌电生物反馈疗法治疗49例痉挛性脑瘫患儿的临床研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究鼠神经生长因子穴位注射联合肌电生物反馈疗法治疗痉挛性脑瘫患儿的临床研究。方法:选取郑州大学附属洛阳中心医院痉挛性脑瘫患儿98例,根据随机数字表法分为两组。其中对照组49例,单纯采用肌电生物反馈疗法治疗;研究组49例,采用鼠神经生长因子穴位注射联合肌电生物反馈疗法治疗。观察比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后脑电功率(β波值,θ波值,θ/β比值)水平、粗大神经运动(GMFM)及发育商(DQ)评分变化情况。结果:研究组治疗总有效率95.92%(47/49)较对照组77.55%(38/49)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组GMFM、DQ评分均高于治疗前,且研究组较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后研究组θ波值、θ/β比值较对照组低,β波值较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:鼠神经生长因子穴位注射联合肌电生物反馈疗法治疗痉挛性脑瘫患儿,能显著提高治疗效果,改善患儿脑功能,提高患儿运动能力,促进患儿智力发育,临床应用价值较高。 Objective:To investigate the clinical study on acupoint injection with mouse nerve growth factor combined with electromyographic biofeedback therapy in the treatment of 49 children with spastic cerebral palsy.Methods:A total of 98 cases of spastic cerebral palsy in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table.In the control group,49 cases were treated with electromyography and biofeedback therapy alone,and 49 cases in the study group were treated with acupoint injection with mouse nerve growth factor combined with electromyographic biofeedback therapy.The treatment effects,the level of EEG power(value ofβwave andθwave,ratio ofθ/β),scores of gross neuromotion(GMFM)and developmental quotient(DQ)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 95.92%(47/49),which was higher than that of the control group 77.55%(38/49),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of GMFM and DQ in the two groups were all higher than those before treatment,and the study group was higher than the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the value ofθwave and ratio ofθ/βin the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the value of ratio ofβwave was higher than that in the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint injection with mouse nerve growth factor combined with electromyographic biofeedback therapy in the treatment of children with spastic cerebral palsy can significantly improve the therapeutic effect,improve the brain function of children,improve the motor function of children,and promote the intelligence development of children.It has high clinical application value.
