碘伏清洗法联合综合护理干预在腹部切口脂肪液化患者中的应用观察

Application of Iodophor Cleansing Combined with Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Patients with Fat Liquefaction of Abdominal Incision

目的:探讨碘伏清洗法联合综合护理干预在腹部切口脂肪液化患者中应用效果。方法:选取河南省光山县人民医院71例腹部切口脂肪液化患者,按照随机数字表法分组,对照组35例实施常规换药法+常规护理,观察组36例实施碘伏清洗法联合综合护理干预,比较两组干预效果、换药次数、创面愈合时间及创面疼痛(VAS)评分,并统计两组并发症发生率。结果:观察组总有效率为94.44%(34/36),高于对照组74.29%(26/35),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组换药次数、创面愈合时间及VAS评分均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为8.33%(3/36),低于对照组28.57%(10/35),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理干预联合碘伏清洗法可减少腹部切口脂肪液化患者换药次数,降低并发症发生率,减轻患者疼痛程度,缩短创面愈合时间,效果显著。

Objective:To investigate the application effect of iodophor cleansing combined with comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with fat liquefaction of abdominal incision.Methods:A total of 71 cases of fat liquefaction of abdominal incision patients in our hospital were selected and grouped according to the random number table,35 cases in the control group treated with routine change dressing method+routine nursing care,36 cases in the observation group treated with iodophor cleansing combined with comprehensive nursing intervention.The effect of intervention,the times of changing fresh dressing,the time of wound healing and the score of the wound pain(VAS)of the two groups were compared,and the incidence of complications in the two groups was statistically analyzed.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.44%(34/36),higher than that of the control group 74.29%(26/35),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The times of changing fresh dressing,the wound healing time and the VAS score of the observation group were less than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of the observation group was 8.33%(3/36),lower than that of the control group 28.57%(10/35),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Iodophor cleansing combined with comprehensive nursing intervention can reduce the times of changing fresh dressing,reduce the incidence of complications,reduce the pain degree and shorten the healing time of patients with fat liquefaction of abdominal incision.Besides,it’s effective.
