盐酸米诺环素软膏应用于种植牙手术患者临床疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy of Minocycline Hydrochloride Ointment on Dental Implant Surgery

目的:研究盐酸米诺环素软膏应用于种植牙手术患者临床疗效。方法:研究时间:2014年2月至2017年2月,研究对象:94例本院收治的行种植牙手术患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为实验组(n=47)、对照组(n=47),给予实验组患者盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗,给予对照组患者碘甘油治疗,观察两组患者的牙龈指数、牙齿松动度、愈合效果、并发症发生率、牙周探诊深度、细胞因子表达[(龈沟液前列腺素E_2(PGE_2)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)]。结果:牙龈指数对比显示实验组低于对照组,P<0.05。牙齿松动度对比显示实验组低于对照组,P<0.05。愈合效果对比显示实验组高于对照组,P<0.05。并发症发生率对比显示实验组低于对照组,P<0.05。牙周探诊深度对比显示实验组低于对照组,P<0.05。PGE_2、IL-8、IL-1β对比显示实验组低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:盐酸米诺环素软膏应用于种植牙手术患者临床疗效显著,牙龈指数较高,值得临床推广和应用。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of minocycline hydrochloride ointment on dental implant surgery.Methods:94 patients with dental implants from February 2014 to February 2017 were divided into experimental group(n=94)treated with minocycline hydrochloride ointment and control group(n=47)treated with iodine glycerol.The gingival index,tooth mobility,healing effect,incidence of complications,depth of periodontal diagnosis,cytokine expression(gingival crevicular fluid prostatic gland,leukocyte)was observed.Results:The results showed that the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The results showed that the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Minocycline hydrochloride ointment has a significant clinical effect and high gingival index in dental implants,so it is worth popularizing and applying.
