米索前列醇联合缩宫素用于治疗子宫收缩乏力导致的产后出血临床研究

Clinical Study of Misoprostol Combined with Oxytocin in the Treatment of Postpartum Hemorrhage Caused by Uterine Asthenia

目的:分析讨论米索前列醇联合缩宫素对子宫收缩乏力导致的产后出血的效果。方法:选取河南省南阳市宛城区第一人民医院2016年6月~2017年6月进行分娩的50例子宫收缩乏力导致的产后出血产妇,按照其入院号随机分为常规组和治疗组,每组25例产妇,常规组使用宫缩素治疗,治疗组使用米索前列醇联合缩宫素治疗,经过治疗后,比较分析两组产妇的治疗疗效、出血量以及术后指标。结果:在治疗后,治疗组产妇的治疗疗效高于常规组,出血量少于常规组,术后指标比常规组好,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:米索前列醇联合缩宫素对减少子宫收缩乏力导致的产后出血的效果显著,可以减少出血量,有很高的临床应用价值。

Objective:To analyze the effect of Mioprost combined with oxytocin on postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine contraction and asthenia.Methods:50 cases of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine contraction due to uterine contraction in our hospital from June to June 2017 were randomly divided into A and B group.A group was treated with oxytocin,B group was treated with misoprostol combined with oxytocin.The clinical effect,amount of bleeding,and postoperative indexes were compared.Results:After treatment,the clinical effect,amount of bleeding,and the postoperative indexes in group A were better than those in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:Misoprostol combined with oxytocin is effective in reducing postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine asthenia.
