高职高专院校学生党建工作创新机制初探

高职高专院校在学生入党积极分子培养、党员发展对象培养、预备党员发展与转正、党组织安排和党员继续教育等学生党建工作体制机制上与本科院校有所不同。因此,要遵循高职高专学生的成长规律,结合高职高专院校办学和党建工作的特点,科学安排高职高专院校学生党员发展的时间点,构建学生党建合理有序的机制;科学合理安排学生党组织组成,使学生党员的活动落在实处;创新模式,搭建平台,充分发挥学生党员在高职高专院校里的模范带头作用。

Higher vocational and technical colleges are different from undergraduate colleges and universities in terms of student activist training,cultivation of developing object for Party members,development and transformation of probationary Party members,arrangement of Party organization and continuing education of Party members.Therefore,to follow the law of growth of students in higher vocational and technical colleges,combined with the characteristics of education and Party building work in higher vocational and technical colleges,it is necessary to scientifically arrange the developing time of students Party members,and construct the reasonable and order mechanism of students'Party building.And it is also very important to arrange the student Party organization scientifically and reasonably,to make the Party's activities of students into practice,to innovate the model,to build a platform,and to let the student Party members to play a leading role in higher vocational and technical colleges.
