摘要
大学生通过网络平台对教师进行教学评价,体现了大学生以自己的主观标准对教师教学的认同,可以反映出师生关系和教师教学的状况,其主要因素包括教学态度、教学语言、教学方法及专业知识水平四个方面。笔者通过实证调研,对大学生网络评教的合理性及影响因素进行剖析,并提出相应对策举措。
Through the network platform,the college students carry on the teaching appraisal to the teacher.The appraisal displays students'recognition of teachers'teaching with their own subjective standards,it reflects the relationship between teachers and students and the situation of teachers'job.The main factors include four aspects:teaching attitude,teaching language,teaching method and professional knowledge.Through empirical research,the author analyzes the rationality and influencing factors of college students'online evaluation of teaching,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
