高职大学生心理资本与职业能力的相关调查

Correlative Investigation on Psychological Capital and Professional Ability of Vocational College Students

随着社会各个层面竞争的加剧以及快节奏的生活现实的影响,心理资本已然超越智力资本和社会资本并成为衡量高职大学生职业能力的一项关键因素。本文基于心理资本量表和就业能力量表,对近3所高职院校内的608名高职大学生进行了调查研究。研究结果显示:当代的高职大学生心理资本存在明显的专业差异和性别差异,职业能力存在明显的专业差异和性别差异;职业能力与心理资本之间存在显著的正相关;对职业能力具有正向预测作用包括乐观、希望、韧性以及自我效能感等四个心理资本因素。结论:心理资本对职业能力具有积极的影响作用。

With the intensification of competition in all levels of society and the impact of fast-paced life reality,psychological capital has already surpassed intellectual capital and social capital,and has become a key factor in measuring the vocational ability of higher vocational college students.Based on the psychological capital scale and the employability scale,this paper conducts a survey of 608 vocational college students in nearly three vocational colleges.The results show that there are obvious professional differences and gender differences in psychological capital of contemporary vocational college students,there are obvious professional differences and gender differences in professional competence;there is a significant positive correlation between professional ability and psychological capital;Predictors include four psychological capital factors:optimism,hope,resilience and self-efficacy.Psychological capital has a positive effect on professional ability.
