摘要
以聚乙烯醇(PVA)和海藻酸钠(SA)为载体,万古霉素和头孢吡肟作为模型药物,制备具有可吸收性能的抗菌静电纺丝膜。以静电纺丝膜的抑菌效果作为指标,结果表明,制备的双载药静电纺丝膜载药均匀,可纺性好,具有良好的抑菌性能。
The antibacterial electrospun membranes with absorbable properties were prepared by using polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)and sodium alginate(SA)as carrier,vancomycin and cefepime as model drugs.The results showed that the electrospun membranes loaded double drug are homogeneous and have good spinnability and good antibacterial property.
