Advance in Microencapsulation Technology for Probiotics

微囊化技术是目前广泛应用于医药化工、食品加工和农业生物技术等领域的一种新兴技术。论文简述了益生菌微囊化技术的壁材选择和包埋工艺,重点介绍了微囊化技术在提高益生菌抗逆性、食品加工和饲料添加剂工业的应用以及用作黏膜免疫佐剂和疫苗载体等方面的研究进展,并展望了益生菌微囊化技术的应用前景。

Microencapsulation techniques have been widely used in many industrial applications,including pharmaceutical chemical engineering,food processing and agriculture biotechnology.The review introduced some normal wall materials and encapsulating methods of microencapsulation techniques,and elaborated the applications in improving stress-resistance of probiotics,food processing system or feedstuff additives industry,and developing novel oral vaccines for mucosal immunity,then finally prospects for the future trends of microencapsulated probiotics were made.
