中西药联用对水貂源铜绿假单胞菌体外抑菌作用 被引量:5

摘要 探讨中西药联用对水貂源铜绿假单胞菌的体外抑菌效果,并筛选具有较强抑菌作用的中西药组合,为临床用药提供建议和参考。采用水提法提取中草药有效成分,试管二倍稀释法测定6种药物对水貂源铜绿假单胞菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC),微量肉汤棋盘稀释法测定9个药物组合联用指数(FIC)。结果表明,6种药物对水貂源铜绿假单胞菌分离株均有不同程度的抑菌活性,单用时以环丙沙星抑菌效果最佳;在9个中西药联用组合中,氟苯尼考和黄芩、连翘、诃子组合,阿米卡星和连翘组合以及环丙沙星和连翘组合在抑菌效果上表现为显著协同作用;环丙沙星和诃子组合在抑菌效果上表现为协同作用;阿米卡星和黄芩在抑菌效果上表现为相加作用;环丙沙星和黄芩组合在抑菌效果上表现为无关作用;阿米卡星和诃子组合在抑菌效果上则表现为拮抗作用。说明中西药联用具有一定的抑菌作用,为今后药物防治水貂铜绿假单胞菌感染奠定基础。 The research aimed to discuss the bacteriostatic effect of applying both Chinese and western medicines on mink Pseudomonas aeruginosa in vitro and selected the combination of Chinese and western medicines with strong antibacterial effect,so as to provide suggestions and reference for clinical drug use.The effective ingredients were extracted by boiling method from Chinese herbal medicines,the minimal inhibitary concentration(MIC)and the minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC)of six kinds of drugs against mink Pseudomonas aeruginosa were determined by tube dilution method,the drug combination index(FIC)was determined by the broth dilution method.The results showed that the six kinds of drugs had different antibacterial activities against the isolates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa,and the antibacterial activity of ciprofloxacin was the best when used alone.In the nine combinations of Chinese and western medicines,florfenicol and the combination of Scutellaria baicalensis,Forsythia suspensa,Myrobilis,amikacin and Forsythia and ciprofloxacin and Forsythia were significantly synergistic in antibacterial effect.And the combination of ciprofloxacin and Scutellaria baicalensis had synergistic inhibitory effect.The combination of amikacin and Myrobalan had antaganist effect,indicating that the combination of Chinese and western medicines has a certain bacteriostatic effect.The results laid the foundation for the future clinical drug prevention and treatment of mink source Pseudomonas aeruginosa infections.
