细黄链霉菌与氮磷钾肥配施对桔梗幼苗的影响 被引量:4

摘要 以桔梗(Platycodon grandiflorus)种子为材料,用不同浓度细黄链霉菌菌剂与氮磷钾肥配施桔梗幼苗,研究桔梗幼苗的生理指标及其相关性。结果表明,不同浓度细黄链霉菌菌剂与氮磷钾肥配施,均提高了桔梗幼苗过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性和可溶性蛋白含量(细黄链霉菌菌剂最佳浓度为50倍),而降低了丙二醛(MDA)含量(细黄链霉菌菌剂最佳浓度为20倍)。通过相关性分析表明,桔梗幼苗POD活性分别与蛋白质含量、CAT活性正相关且差异性高度显著(P<0.001),蛋白质含量与CAT活性正相关且差异性极显著(P<0.01)。 Platycodon grandiflorus seeds were used as materials.The physiological indexes of P.grandiflorus seedlings and correlations were analyzed with different concentrations of Streptomyces microflavus and NPK fertilizer.Results showed that the CAT activities,POD activities and soluble protein contents of P.grandiflorus were increased with different concentrations of Streptomyces microflavus and NPK fertilizer(the optimum concentration of S.microflavus was 50 times.),while the contents of MDA were reduced(the optimal concen?tration of S.microflavus was 20 times.).By correlation analysis,POD activities had positive correlation with protein contents and CAT activities,and their differences were highly significant(P<0.001).Protein con?tents had positive correlation with CAT activities,and their differences were extremely significant(P<0.01).
