摘要
通过对幼儿园小班新生"食育"现状的调查发现:小班幼儿具备独立进餐能力,但并未养成良好的独立进餐习惯;有一定的进餐卫生意识,但尚不完备;存在一定的挑食、偏食现象;家长有较好的家庭进餐教育理念,但并没有落到实处。尊重幼儿,给予幼儿进餐自主权;以身作则,注重对幼儿饮食习惯、卫生习惯的培养;重视幼儿情绪,创设温馨的进餐环境和氛围;加强家园合作等策略可以有效促进幼儿良好饮食习惯地养成。
A survey of the current situation in kindergarten food education shows that children have the ability of feeding themselves but they don’t have a good habit of eating;that they have a certain awareness of diet hygiene but incomplete;that they tend to choose some food while ignoring others;and that parents have better ideas of family diet but they don’t realize them.To eff ectively help children form a good habit of diet,teachers should employ the following strategies:respecting children and giving them autonomy of eating;setting good examples and focusing on cultivation of children’s habits of hygienic diet;emphasizing children’s emotions and creating a warm environment;and strengthening cooperation between families and schools.
