摘要
针对具有初始安装偏差的双跨门式刚架工程实例,应用有限元软件迈达斯数值模拟,计算分析安装偏差引起的初始弯曲对门式刚架整体受力与变形的影响。分析结果表明:刚架梁柱的变形值及刚架梁的应力值都随安装偏差值增大而正向增大,安装施工中应严格按规范要求控制安装误差,避免安装偏差造成的质量事故及安全隐患。
In the case of the double cross-portal frame with installation error,the effect of the initial bending caused by the installation error on the overall mechanical deformation of the gabled frames is analyzed by using the numerical simulation of the midas software.The analysis results show that the deformation values of the frame and the stress value of the beam increase with the increase of installation deviation,and the installation errors should be controlled strictly according to the code to avoid the quality accident caused by the installation deviation.
