摘要
本文以选煤厂的实际生产需求和系统控制要求为根本依据,提出重介质选煤PLC控制系统总体方案,进行控制系统硬件选型、I/O点数分配和通信设计。提出下位机控制总站和分站之间采用工业无线网进行数据通信的方法,通过理论计算研讨了工业无线网络技术在重介质选煤PLC控制系统中应用的可行性。
Based on actual production requirements and system control requirements of coal preparation plant,heavy medium coal preparation PLC control system plan was put forward,control system hardware selection,I/O point allocation and communication design were conducted,Industrial wireless network for data communication was suggested between lower computer controls the distance and the main station sub-station,the feasibility of industrial wireless network technology in dense medium coal separation was discussed.
