基于COMSOL的顺层钻孔瓦斯抽采半径技术研究 被引量:12

摘要 为了精确获得斜沟煤矿18205工作面本煤层瓦斯抽采半径,提出基于数值模拟和相对压力法相结合的测定方法。研究测定抽采半径的机理及钻孔内瓦斯流动方程,基于COMSOL数值模拟软件,结合18205工作面现场实践,得到本煤层抽采钻孔的压力监测结果。研究结果表明,当抽采30 d时,在抽采孔1.0 m处的测压孔瓦斯压力大幅下降,超过51%压力观测指标线,数值模拟结果和现场实测结果比较一致,表明基于COMSOL的数值模拟实验研究结果合理可靠,能够作为本煤层瓦斯抽采半径研究的有效手段。 In order to get gas drainage radius of the coal seam on the working face of 18205 working face of Xiegou Mine,assay method of numerical simulation and relative pressure method was put forward,mechanism of extraction radius and gas flow equation in borehole were studied,based on COMSOL numeral simulation software and 18205 working face site practice,pressure monitoring results of coal seam extraction drilling was got.The result showed that pressure of gas measuring hole decreased greatly in gas drainage 30 d and extraction hole 1.0 m,exceeding 51%pressure observation indicator line,numerical simulation results and field measurement results coincided,which showed that COMSOL numerical simulation experimental study is reliable and enabled to study the gas extraction radius of the coal seam.
