煤柱回收工作面防灭火技术研究

Study on fire prevention and control technology of coal pillar recovering working face

高阳煤业煤柱回收101工作面为孤岛工作面,具有较多的自然发火因素,工作面是否能安全采出全部煤炭,防灭火是关键。为了达到"防火有效、经济合理"的目的,通过分析工作面的10个自然发火因素,并研究出了一整套的煤柱孤岛回收面防灭火技术,经采取注氮降氧、注白泥、自然发火监测、合理通风方式的综合防灭火措施,防止了采空区自燃事故的发生,确保了工作面的安全生产。

Gaoyang Mine coal pillar recycling working face as isolated island,with spontaneous ignition,fie prevention and control becomes the key to safe mining.In order to achieve economic fire prevention and control,spontaneous ignition factors were analyzed to get 10 reasons,fire prevention and control technology of coal pillar isolated island was studied,fire prevention and control of nitrogen injection oxygen-consumed,infusing white mud,spontaneous ignition monitoring,reasonable ventilation were adopted to ensure the safe mining.
