摘要
目前,清洁能源液化天然气(LNG)市场短缺给煤化工企业提供了重要的发展机遇。煤气化工艺的合成气中富含甲烷,若深冷分离提取甲醇合成气中的甲烷,并液化生产LNG作为清洁能源,则不仅降低了后续合成气压缩机的功耗,达到环保和节能减排的效益,同时具有很好的经济效益和社会效益。介绍了合成气深冷分离工艺,并分析了该工艺的经济性。
At present,the shortage of clean energy liquefied natural gas(LNG)provides important development opportunities for coal chemical enterprises.If the methane which is rich in the syngas of coal gasification process is extracted from methanol syngas by cryogenic separation and LNG is produced by liquefaction as clean energy,it not only reduces the power consumption of subsequent syngas compressors,but also has good economic and social benefits.The cryogenic separation technology of synthetic gas and cryogenic was introduced,and the economic value of the technology was analyzed.
