摘要
与现场施工作业设计相比,工厂预制的模块化设计减少了施工成本,降低了现场施工难度,提升了材料利用率,有利于建筑行业的施工过程向产业化、规模化发展。在轻型木结构外墙板的模块化设计时,加入有效的保温措施,减少外围护结构的热量散失,有利于建筑的节能减排。文章选取SIPs、岩棉、纤维玻璃保温棉三种木结构墙体的保温材料,结合轻型木结构外墙体现有的建造方式,从导热系数、建造成本、建造优势三个方面,对轻型木结构墙体的模块化设计方案进行木结构保温外墙板模块化的节能分析。
Compared with on-site construction work design,the factory-prefabricated modular design can reduce construction costs,reduce on-site construction difficulties and improve material utilization rate,it is conducive to the industrialization and scale development of the construction industry.During the modular design of lightweight wood structure external wall panels,effective thermal insulation measures can reduce the heat loss of the external protective structure,which is conducive to building energy conservation and emission reduction.This article selects three kinds of wood structure insulation materials including SIPs,rock wool,and fiberglass insulation wool;combines with the existing construction methods of lightweight wood structure external walls,from three aspects including thermal conductivity,construction cost and construction advantage,the energy-saving analysis for wooden structure thermal insulation external wall panel are conducted based on the modular design proposal of lightweight wood structure wall.
