众创背景下广东省高职生创新创业现状与对策探究

The Status Quo and Countermeasures of Student Entrepreneurship in Higher Vocational Education: A Study of Guangdong Province from the Perspective of Mass Innovation

创新没有"时差",创业没有国界。大众创新,万众创业俨然成为一种时代潮流,高职院校紧跟时代步伐,创新创业教育蓬勃发展。以广东省58所高职院校为例,目前存在着创新创业资金不足且校际间投入差距大、高职院校对创新创业重视程度有待提高、创新创业师资队伍水平有待增强等问题。深化高职院校创新创业教育,既是响应国家创新驱动策略的号召,又是加强高校人才培养的关键举措。

There is no"jet lag"in innovation,and entrepreneurship has no boundary.Public innovation and entrepreneurship as a whole have become a trend of the times with no exception of higher vocational colleges.Based on the survey study conducted with 58 higher vocational colleges in Guangdong,some issues are found to be addressed as follows:1)insufficient funds are provided for innovation and entrepreneurship;2)large investment gap exists among different institutions;3)higher vocational colleges should attach more importance to innovation and entrepreneurship;4)the level of innovation and entrepreneurship teachers is to be boosted.Suggestions are provided to improve the innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges.
