高职工学一体人才培养模式实施途径研究

Research on the Implementation of Talent Training Mode of Work-Study Combination in Higher Vocational Education

强化实践育人已在高职教育中得到普遍认可,是提高高职人才培养质量不可或缺的环节。高职工学一体人才培养模式是校企深入合作的必然结果,有力地推动了高职教育的教学改革,为高素质技术技能型人才培养提供了可靠保证。实施工学一体离不开高职院校、合作企业、在培学生和地方政府的相互融合。发挥高职院校的主导性、企业的主动性、学生的主体性和地方政府的责任性,对高职工学一体人才培养将起到有效作用。

Strengthening practical teaching has been universally recognized in higher vocational education(HVE),which is an indispensable link to improve the quality of HVE talent training.The talent training mode of work-study combination is an inevitable result of deep cooperation between schools and enterprises,which effectively promotes HVE teaching reform,and provides a reliable guarantee for the cultivation of high-quality skilled talents.Work-study combination is inseparable from the integration of higher vocational colleges,collaborating enterprises,on-campus students,and the local government.Giving play to the leading role of higher vocational colleges,the initiative of enterprises,subjectivity of students and responsibility of local governments will play an effective role in work-study combination of talent training in HVE.
