中央苏区时期的职业教育初探

A Study on Vocational Education in the Period of Central Soviet Area

中央苏区时期,虽然条件简陋,且面临国民党的军事"围剿"和经济封锁,但中国共产党及其领导下的苏区政府整军经武,在极其艰苦的环境之下,不忘发展各种形式的职业教育。以毛泽东为代表的中央领导人不仅高度重视职业教育的功用,留下诸多重要论述,而且身体力行,从法律、政策、经费、机构、人员等方面给予倾斜和支持,并取得良好成效。中央有关部门和各级地方政府也积极倡导职业教育,为苏区经济社会发展培养了一大批急需的专门人才,成为此后抗战时期延安职业教育的先导和新中国职业教育的最早雏形,内涵极为丰富,有着重要的历史意义和学术价值。

During the period of the Central Soviet Area,facing the poor conditions and Kuomintang’s military encirclement and economic suppression,the Communist Party of China and the government under its leadership did not forget to develop various forms of vocational education.The central leadership represented by Mao Zedong not only attached great importance to the function of vocational education,but also provided support from laws,policies,funds,institutions and staff.This practice left many important documents on much good achievement.Relevant departments of the central government and local governments at all levels also actively promoted vocational education and produced a large number of urgently needed specialized professionals for the economic and social development in the Soviet Area.These professionals became the pioneers of vocational education in Yanan and the earliest prototypes of vocational education in new China.The practices have a great historical significance and academic value.
