摘要
山药系一种丰产性很好的药食兼用植物。为筛选适合在龙岩市新罗区推广种植品种,近年来从长汀县四都镇引进紫山药等山药品种在新罗区适中镇洋东村试种,实现了产量高、品质优、耐贮运、促增收的目标。介绍了龙岩市山药生长特征特性和高产栽培技术。
Yam is a high production crop which can be used as food and medicine.In recent years some yam varieties from Sidu Town were introduced into Shizhong Town to select the yam suitable to grow in Xinluo District,and had realized high production,good quality,tolerate to shipment and storage.The growing feature and high-yielding cultivation techniques of yam in Longyan were summarized.
