住宅卫生间墙面防水设计标准与常见质量问题整治

Design Standards and Common Quality Problems of Toilet Waterproofing for Residential Toilets Wall

住宅卫生间墙面防水质量问题已经成为住户投诉的主要问题之一。现行JGJ 298-2013《住宅室内防水工程技术规范》中,关于住宅卫生间墙面防水标准规定已经难以满足住户对提高住宅质量和品质的需求。本文通过调查研究,提出了住宅卫生间墙面防水三个方案,经过经济效益分析和多方案比选,从规范规定、设计标准、施工质量等方面提出了合理化意见和建议。

The waterproof quality of residential toilet wall has become one of the main problems of household complaints.In the current JGJ 298-2013"Technical Specification for Indoor Waterproof Engineering",it is difficult to meet the needs of the residents to improve the quality and quality of the housing.Through investigation and research,this paper puts forward three waterproofing schemes for residential toilet wall surface.Through economic benefit analysis and multi scheme selection,the rationalization suggestions and suggestions are put forward from the aspects of standard regulations,design standards,construction quality and so on.
