复方甘草酸苷胶囊联合皮炎汤治疗面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎的效果

Effect of Compound Glycyrrhizin Capsules combined with Piyan Decoction treating facial corticosteroid-dependent dermatitis

目的研究复方甘草酸苷胶囊联合皮炎汤治疗面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎的效果。方法选择我院2014年3月~2017年3月纳入的70例面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎患者,按照随机数字法分为研究组与对照组,各35例。研究组采用复方甘草酸苷胶囊联合皮炎汤治疗,对照组采用复方甘草酸苷胶囊治疗。分别在治疗前后进行临床症状积分及生活质量评分评定,比较两组的临床效果。结果研究组的总有效率为91.43%,高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组症状积分、生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组的上述评分均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),且研究组的症状积分低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的不良反应总发生率为11.43%,与对照组的17.14%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组的复发率为8.57%,低于对照组的22.86%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方甘草酸苷胶囊联合皮炎汤治疗面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎的效果更好,可有效缓解临床症状,促进病情快速恢复,安全性较高,避免不良反应,保障患者的身心健康,为预后提供保障。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Compound Glycyrrhizin Capsules combined with Piyan Decoction treating facial corticosteroid-dependent dermatitis.Methods A total of 70 patients with facial glucocorticoid-dependent dermatitis treated in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2017 were enrolled.By a random number method,they were divided into the research group(n=35)and control group(n=35).In the research group,Compound Glycyrrhizin Capsules combined with Piyan Decoction was used,while in the control group,Compound Glycyrrhizin Capsules alone was applied.The clinical symptom scores and quality of life scores were calculated before and after treatment,and the clinical effect between the two groups was compared.Results The total effectiveness rate of the research group was 91.43%,which was higher than that of the control group(80.00%)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in symptom score or quality of life score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the above-mentioned score in the two groups were significantly improved before treatment(P<0.05),and the symptom score in the research group was lower than that in the control group,and the quality of life score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the research group was 11.43%,and 17.14%in the control group,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The recurrence rate of the research group was 8.57%,which was lower than that in the control group(22.86%),and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Compound Glycyrrhizin Capsules combined with Piyan Decoction treating facial corticosteroid-dependent dermatitis is better,and it can effectively relieves clinical symptoms,promotes rapid recovery of the disease,has high safety,avoids adverse reactions,protects patients′physical and mental health,and provide the guarantee for the prognosis.
