临床核心能力培训对急诊护士遭受工作场所暴力的影响分析

Impact analysis of core clinical competency training on workplace violence for emergency nurses

目的分析临床核心能力培训对急诊护士遭受工作场所暴力的影响。方法选取2015年1~12月急诊科护士未进行临床核心能力培训时收治的66 067名患者作为对照组,2016年6月~2017年6月急诊科护士进行临床核心能力培训后收治的57 335名患者作为试验组,分析临床结果。结果试验组急诊护士工作场所伤害事件的总发生率为0.070%,低于对照组的0.470%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组辱骂事件比例为0.040%,骚扰事件比例为0.010%,扰乱工作秩序事件比例为0.010%,肢体伤害事件比例为0.001%,携带利器恐吓比例为0.000%,低于对照组的辱骂事件比例(0.280%)、骚扰事件比例(0.070%)、扰乱工作秩序事件比例(0.050%)、肢体伤害事件比例(0.020%)、携带利器恐吓事件比例(0.020%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床核心能力培训对急诊护士遭受工作场所暴力的影响显著。

Objective To analyze the influence of core clinical competency training on workplace violence for emergency nurses.Methods Altogether 66,067 patients who were treated in Department of Emergency from January to December in 2015 by nurses taking no core clinical competence training were selected as the control group.While,57,335 patients treated in Department of Emergency from June 2016 to June 2017 by nurses who already took core clinical competence training were selected as the experiment group.The clinical results were analyzed.Results The total incidence of injury events in the workplace of emergency nurses of experiment group was 0.070%,lower than that of the control group(0.470%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of abusive events,harassment events,disturbing work order events,limb injury events and carrying weapon threat events of experiment group was 0.040%,0.010%,0.010%,0.001%and 0.000%,lower than those of control group(0.280%,0.070%,0.050%,0.020%and 0.020%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Core clinical competency training has a significant impact on the workplace violence for emergency nurses.
