优质护理在老年无痛性心肌缺血患者中的应用效果

Application effect of high-quality nursing on elderly patients with painless myocardial ischemia

目的探讨优质护理在老年无痛性心肌缺血患者中的应用效果。方法选取2016年5月~2017年5月我院收治的94例老年无痛性心肌缺血患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组、研究组,每组47例。对照组给予传统常规护理干预,研究组给予优质护理干预,比较分析两组患者的护理效果、并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果研究组患者的睡眠质量评分低于对照组,病症发病次数少于对照组,病症发作间短于对照组,研究组患者的护理效果优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的并发症发生率均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将优质护理干预应用于老年无痛性心肌缺血患者临床治疗中,能够改善患者的病症表现,控制并发症发生率,该护理方案能够达到患者总护理要求,临床护理满意度更高,应用价值突出。

Objective To investigate the effect of high quality nursing intervention in elderly patients with painless myocardial ischemia.Methods A total of 94 elderly patients with painless myocardial ischemia admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were selected as research objects,and randomly divided into control group and study group,47 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional routine nursing intervention,while the study group was given high-quality nursing intervention,and the nursing effect,complication rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The sleep quality score of patients in the study group was lower than that of the control group,the incidence of diseases was less than that of the control group,and the incidence of diseases was shorter than that of the control group.The nursing effect of patients in the study group was superior to that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing overall satisfaction of patients in study group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing intervention in elderly patients with painless myocardial ischemia can improve the performance of patients with symptoms,control the incidence of complications,the nursing program can meet the patient care requirements,higher satisfaction with clinical care,the value of the application prominent.
