摘要
"文化旅游"这一理念契合国家文化产业发展趋势和雄安新区的现实状况。文化旅游立足于品牌定位、文化资源、文化市场、创意人才及监管机制五大核心要素,强调在一定阶段内通过区域文化优势来补齐旅游地的文化短板,最终实现文化与旅游两大主体的融合发展。雄安新区白洋淀在文化创意产品发展过程中存在品牌建设缺位、产品内容空洞、创意人才急需等问题,应切实通过培育特色IP、协调有效供需、组建核心智囊、推进多维监督等措施来有效驱动白洋淀文化创意产品及产业发展。
The idea of cultural tourism is in line with the development trend of national cultural industry and the reality of Xiong'an New area.It is based on five core elements:brand positioning,cultural resources,cultural market,creative talents and supervision mechanism.It is emphasized that the regional cultural advantages can be adopted to complement the short board of the tourism in a certain stage,and finally realize the integration and development of culture and tourism.There are some problems in the development of cultural creative products of Baiyangdian,such as the absence of brand building,the empty product content and the urgent need for creative talents,etc.Measures should be taken to drive the culture creative products and industrial development of Baiyangdian by cultivating characteristic IP,coordinating effective supply and demand,forming core think tanks and promoting multi-dimensional supervision.
