上海市中运量发展思路研究

A Study on the Development of Intermediate Volume Public Transport in Shanghai

近年来,上海市公共交通客运总量增速放缓,地面公交客运总量不断下降。上海市"公交都市"、"十三五"相关规划、"上海市城市总体规划(2017—2035)"均明确提出了发展中运量的要求。上海市发展中运量是常规公交系统转型升级,提升公共交通服务水平,补充和完善轨道交通网络,保障城市运营和社会交通运行稳定性,发展"绿色交通",城市形象更新的需要。根据特征分析、优缺点分析、适应性分析等,针对中心城提出了中运量建设模式和推荐制式,并对未来中运量的发展提出了思考。

In recent years,the total growth rate of the amount of public transport passengers slowed down,and the amount of bus passengers continued to decline in Shanghai.Meanwhile,plans as‘Public Transport City’,‘the 13th Five-year Plan’,‘Shanghai Master Plan(2017-2035)’proposed to develop the intermediate volume public transport.The intermediate volume public transport is essential to city for six reasons.First,it is the transformation and upgrading of bus.Second,it is the way to improve public transport service level.Third,it helps to supplement and optimize the railway system.Forth,it helps to ensure the stability of city operation and transport.Fifth,it is a way to develop‘green transportation’.Finally,it helps to update the image of city.According to feature analysis,advantage and disadvantage analysis,and adaptability analysis,this paper proposed the mode of construction and recommended pattern for the urban.This paper also puts forward some thoughts on the development of the intermediate volume public transport.
