城市道路的功能分类方法

Functional Classification Method of Urban Road

按照城市道路的服务对象和所承担的城市活动的特征,可将其分为通过性道路、集散性道路和地方性道路三类。优化现行规范城市道路分级体系,将城市道路分为快速路、交通性干路、集散性干路和支路四个等级。快速路和交通性干路主要服务于长距离通过性快速机动交通,集散性干路和支路分别服务于中等距离集散性慢速机动交通和短距离地方性慢速机动交通。同时,根据不同等级道路功能定位、道路沿线用地性质和道路空间资源,合理和适度的满足多样化的城市公共活动空间需求和各种重要市政基础设施敷设需求。

According to the service objects and the characteristics of city activities provided by the urban road,it is divided into arterial road,collector road and local road.Optimizing the existing classification system,the urban road is divided into expressway,arterial road,collector road and branch road.The expressway and the arterial road server for long-distance rapid traffic with high mobility,the collector road and the branch road server for medium-distance collection slow motor traffic and short-distance local slow motor traffic respectively.At the same time,according to the functions of different grades of roads,land use characteristics along roads and road space resources,diversified demand for space of urban public activities and the laying of various important municipal infrastructure can be met reasonably and appropriately.
