融合雷达与视频分析的全天候智能桥梁防撞偏航预警系统研究

Research on Intelligent Bridge Collision Avoidance Yaw Warning System Based-on Radar and Video Analysis Fusion

针对桥梁防撞偏航预警的热点问题,通过对典型桥梁船撞事故产生原因及国内外发展研究现状的分析,提出了融合雷达与视频分析技术的智能桥梁防撞偏航预警系统的解决方案。通过雷达与摄像机的逐级架设并结合智能视频分析构建了从探测、跟踪到预警的全方位、一体化、多维度的监控预警体系,实现了对偏航目标与危险船舶实时、精准的监控,为降低船舶偏航碰撞风险、保障桥梁安全提供了合理有效的解决途径。

Aiming at Bridge Collision Avoidance and Yaw Warning hot issue in Engineering field,through the research about the Causes of the Typical Bridge Ship Collision Accidents and the Status Quo of Development and Research at Home and Abroad,It proposes the Intelligent Bridge Collision Avoidance and Yaw Warning Solution based-on Radar and video analysis fusion.A comprehensive,integrated,multi-dimension monitoring and early warning system for detection,tracking and early warning has been established by stepwise erection of radars and cameras combined with intelligent video analysis.It realizes real-time and accurate monitoring for yaw targets and dangerous ships,also it provides a reasonable and effective solution for reducing the risk of yaw and collision of ships and ensure the safety of bridges.
