Assessment of Comprehensive Supporting Facilities of Passenger Terminal Along both Sides of the Huangpu River

近年,滨水区域的复兴与发展成为规划领域的重要研究课题。客运码头的功能已从传统的旅客运输向商业、娱乐、教育、零售等多领域扩展。研究旨在明确客运码头新功能、新定位,立足新背景、新需求,对客运码头区域的综合配套设施进行评估。提出基于层次分法及综合评价模型的客运码头区域综合配套设施评估理论方法,并将其应用于黄浦江两岸客运码头评估。认为黄浦江两岸客运码头需进一步加强其休憩服务功能,完善休憩服务设施。

In recent years,renaissance and development of waterfront has become an important research topic in the field of urban planning.The function of passenger terminal has extended from traditional transportation to multiple fields like commerce,entertainment,education,retail and so on.This research intends to define new function and position of passenger terminal,as well as assess comprehensive supporting facilities based on new background and requirement.Theoretical method assessing comprehensive supporting facilities of passenger terminal is proposed based on analytic hierarchy process and comprehensive assessment models,which is used to assess passenger terminal along the Huangpu River,and improvement strategies are further summarized.The passenger terminal along the Huangpu River should reinforce function of rest,and passive facilities must be improved.
