随着经济全球化和区域一体化趋势的不断加深,开放型经济发展程度已成为反映区域经济发展活力强弱、发展质效好坏的重要指标。当前,长沙对外经济发展取得了明显成效,但与先进发达城市相比,还有较大差距,与建设内陆开放高地的要求和创建国家中心城市的目标仍相去较远。为全面提升开放型经济的发展水平,长沙市应充分利用区位、交通和政策优势,积极应对复杂多变的宏观形势以及来自国内周边地区的激烈竞争;秉持开放发展理念,坚持对外开放原则,将改革创新与扩大开放相结合、对内开放与对外开放相结合、引进来与走出去相结合,着力提升产业发展竞争力、外资外贸发展水平,深化区域经济合作程度。

With the deepening trend of economic globalization and regional integration,the development degree of the open economy has become an important index of reflecting dynamic strength and effectiveness of regional economic development.At present,Changsha foreign economic development has made significant achievements,but compared with the advanced developed cities,there is a large gap,and it is a long way to go to meet the demand and goal of the inland open highland and the creation of the national central cities.To promote the development level of the open economy comprehensively,Changsha city should make full use of location,transportation and policy advantage,and actively cope with the complex macro situation and fierce competition from domestic surrounding areas.We should uphold the concept of open development,adhere to the principle of opening to the outside world,combine the internal opening and opening to the outside and the bringing-in and going outside,and strive to promote the competitiveness of the industry development,the level of foreign trade development and deepen the regional economic cooperation.
