强脉冲光联合YAG532nm激光治疗雀斑198例临床观察

The clinical observation of treating 198 freckle cases by combining intense pulse light and YAG532 nm laser

目的:观察APT570 nm强脉冲光联合ND-YAG532 nm激光治疗面部雀斑的疗效。方法:选择雀斑患者198例,采用APT570 nm强脉冲光联合ND-YAG532 nm激光治疗面部不同部位的雀斑,3个月治疗一次,治疗两次。结果:198例患者中痊愈148例,显效35例,有效15例,无效0例,有效率100%,其中色素沉淀发生10例,色素沉淀发生率5%。结论:APT570 nm强脉冲光联合ND-YAG532 nm激光治疗雀斑,安全快捷有效,值得临床推广。

Objective:To observe the efficacy of APT 570nm pulsed light combined with ND-YAG 532nm laser in the treatment of facial freckles.Methods:A total of 198 patients with freckles were selected and treated with APT 570nm intense pulsed light combined with ND-YAG 532nm laser to treat freckles in different parts of the face.They were treated once in three months and treated twice.Results:all Among 198 cases,148 cases were cured,35 cases were markedly effective,15 cases were effective,0 cases were ineffective.The effective rate was 100%.Among them,10 cases(5%)had pigmentation.Conclusion:APT 570 nm intense pulsed light combined with ND-YAG532nm laser in treatment of freckles is safe,fast and effective,and worthy of clinical promotion.
