经跗骨窦入路微创治疗跟骨骨折临床体会

Clinical experience of minimally invasive treatment of calcaneal fractures via sinus sinus approach

目的:探讨经跗骨窦入路微创手术的方式对跟骨骨折患者进行治疗的临床效果。方法:选取跟骨骨折患者一共15例作为本次研究的纳入对象,采用经跗骨窦入路微创手术的方式对跟骨骨折患者进行治疗,随后对上述的患者进行为期1~12个月的随访。对其治疗效果进行科学合理的评估。结果:在完成随访后,发现上述患者中共计有9例患者显效,5例患者有效,1例患者的临床治疗效果较差。结论:采用经跗骨窦入路微创手术的方式对跟骨骨折患者进行治疗效果显著,不仅创伤小,而且并发症少,特别适用于年龄较大的患者。

Objective:To study the clinical effects of the treatment of calcaneal fractures in patients undergoing calcaneal sinus approach with minimally invasive surgery.Method:A total of 15 patients with calcaneal fractures were selected as subjects for this study.Patients with calcaneal fractures were treated with a minimally invasive approach through the sinus approach.Patients were subsequently followed for a period of 1-12 months.Scientific and rational assessment of its therapeutic effect.Result:After completing the follow-up,a total of 9 patients were found to be effective in the above-mentioned patients,5 patients were effective,and 1 patient had a poor clinical treatment effect.Conclusion:The use of transradial sinus approach for minimally invasive surgery has a remarkable therapeutic effect on patients with calcaneal fractures.It not only has less trauma,but also has few complications.It is particularly suitable for older patients.
