护理干预在单孔腹腔镜胃间质瘤切除术患者中的应用

The application of nursing intervention in single-hole laparoscopic gastric stromal tumor resection patients

目的:分析护理干预在单孔腹腔镜胃间质瘤切除术患者中的应用效果。方法:选择90例接受单孔腹腔镜胃间质瘤切除术治疗的患者,按入院先后顺序将其分成对照组和实验组,每组均为45例;对照组选择常规护理,实验组选择综合护理,观察比较两组患者的护理效果。结果:实验组护理满意度评分、手术时间和住院时间均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:为单孔腹腔镜胃间质瘤切除术患者提供科学和合理的护理干预,使手术时间和住院时间显著缩短,患者对护理工作的满意度提高,术后并发症发生率降低。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of nursing intervention in single-hole laparoscopic gastric stromal tumor resection(SIST)patients.Methods:90 cases of SIST patients were selected in hospital,underwent single-hole laparoscopic resection of gastric stromal tumors(GIST).According to the admission sequence divided all the patients into the control group and the experimental group,45 cases in each group;the control group were given routine nursing,the experimental group were given comprehensive nursing,observed and compared the nursing effects of the two groups.Result:The nursing satisfaction score,the operative time and hospital stay time in the experimental group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05);the complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05)Conclusion:To provide scientific and reasonable nursing intervention for SIST patients can significantly shorten the operation time and hospital stay time,improve the patients'satisfaction for nursing work,and reduce the postoperative complications.
