现阶段医学本科教育主要是生物医学模式,基础与临床严重脱节是其主要的弊端。转化医学教育是解决传统教育弊端的最有效的途径之一,其核心思想是基础与临床相互转化促进。基于多学科团队协作的转化医学教育是现阶段推行转化医学教育的有效途径。

Currently,education of medical undergraduate course is mainly biomedical model,and the serious disconnection between foundation and clinic which is the main institutional gap.Translational medicine education which core idea is to promote the transformation of foundation and clinic is one of the most effective ways to solve this gap.Translational medicine mode based on multi-disciplinary team is an effective way to promote education in the current stage.
