产后访视护理干预对提高母乳喂养的效果观察

Observation of the effect of postpartum visit and nursing intervention on raising breastfeeding

目的:探析产后访视护理干预对提高母乳喂养的效果。方法:选取在某院分娩后出院的200例产妇为研究对象,运用数字随机表达法分两组,每组100例。对照组产妇实施常规指导,观察组产妇给予产后访视护理,对比两组的临床干预效果。结果:观察组产后1个月、3个月和5个月的母乳喂养率均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇的泌乳始动时间短于对照组,平均母乳喂养时间长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对产妇实施产后访视护理干预,可提高母乳喂养的成功率,同时可提高产妇后续母乳喂养率,延长了母乳的喂养时间。

Objective:To explore the effect of postpartum visit nursing intervention on breastfeeding.Methods:200 cases of parturients discharged from our hospital after childbirth were selected as the subjects,and 100 cases/groups were divided into groups by digital random expression.The control group was given routine guidance,and the observation group was given postpartum visit nursing,and the clinical intervention effect of the two groups was compared.Results:the observation group after 1 months,3 months and 5 months of breastfeeding rates were significantly higher than the control group,the two groups had significant difference(P<0.05);the observation group maternal lactation time shorter than the control group,the average duration of breastfeeding was longer than the control group,the two groups had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:the implementation of postpartum visit nursing intervention can improve the success rate of breastfeeding,improve the breastfeeding rate and prolong the breastfeeding time,which is worthy of further promotion.
