鸟巢式护理用于新生儿的护理效果及满意率研究

Study on the effect of bird nest care in the nursing of newborn and the rate of nursing satisfaction

目的:探讨鸟巢式护理用于新生儿护理中的效果及护理满意率情况。方法:将研究选取的165例新生儿分为观察组(83例)和对照组(82例),分别按新生儿常规护理方案和鸟巢式护理模式予以护理。对其效果及护理满意率进行评价和比较。结果:观察组胎便转黄时间、排便次数、睡眠时间、进奶增加量、体温波动值依次为(45.8±13.6)h、(5.6±1.2)次/d、(5.4±0.3)mL/d和(0.3±0.2)℃,均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意率(97.6%)显著高于对照组(86.6%)的护理满意率(P<0.05)。结论:鸟巢式护理用于新生儿护理中能够显著提升护理效果和护理满意率,具有临床应用和推广价值。

Objective:To study the effect of bird nest care in the nursing of newborns and the rate of nursing satisfaction.Methods:a total of 165 neonates were divided into observation group(83cases)and control group(82cases).Two groups were given nursing according to neonatal routine nursing plan and nest nest nursing mode respectively.The effect and nursing satisfaction rate were evaluated and compared.Results:the observation group of fetal yellow defecation time and defecation times,sleep time,increase the amount of milk,the temperature fluctuation values were(45.8±13.6)h,(5.6±1.2)mL/d,(5.4±0.3)mL/d and(0.3±0.2)℃was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05);observation group the nursing satisfaction rate of 97.6%was significantly higher than that of the control group of nursing satisfaction rate of 86.6%(P<0.05).Conclusion:bird nest nursing can improve nursing effect and nursing satisfaction rate in newborn nursing,and it has clinical application and popularization value.
