胎儿胼胝体缺如产前超声及磁共振诊断的个案分析

胼胝体缺如病症是当前临床医学中,胎儿的中枢神经系统出现的一种较为少见的畸形症状。2017年2月19日医院收治1例产前超声检查个案胎儿病例资料,在超声检测之后3 d使用磁共振设备检查,分析该例胎儿的胼胝体缺如症状,以及使用产前超声诊断与磁共振诊断的相应结果。

Objective:To analyze the absence of fetal corpus callosum,such as prenatal ultrasound and magnetic resonance diagnosis.Methods:through selected from on February 19,2017 in our hospital for treatment of one case of prenatal ultrasound,suspected symptoms of fetal corpus callosum is absent as the research object,used in ultrasonic testing after 3 d magnetic resonance equipment for inspection.The results of the fetal corpus callosum were compared with the results of prenatal ultrasound diagnosis and magnetic resonance diagnosis.Result:after the diagnosis of fetal corpus callosum,the diagnosis of the corpus callosum was diagnosed by magnetic resonance examination.Conclusion:the diagnosis of fetal corpus callosum using magnetic resonance(mri)is of high clinical significance.
