基于多重Logistic回归模型的器官捐献意愿主要影响因素研究

The Study on the Main Factors that Influence Organ Donation Willingness Based on Multiple Logistic Regression Model

针对器官捐献意愿现状,利用SPSS、R等软件,使用相关性分析、卡方分析、Logistic回归分析等方法,建立多重Logistic回归分析模型。研究结果表明:器官捐献意愿与一级亲属支持关联强度为0.233;器官捐献意愿的主要影响因素为年龄、志愿者经历、捐献程序、捐献现状、有偿捐献;做过志愿者工作的器官捐献意愿是没有志愿者经历的2.931倍;完全了解器官捐献程序的捐献意愿是完全不了解的1.585倍等。从而提出应加强宣传教育,开展知识普及活动;建立器官捐献激励体制,实行有偿捐献等策略。

In view of organ donation willingness,using software,such as SPSS,R,and the methods of correlation analysis,chi-square analysis,Logistic regression analysis,a multiple Logistic regression analysis model is established.The results show that the correlative coefficient of organ donation willingness and first-degree relatives'support is 0.233;the main factors that influence organ donation willingness are age,volunteering experience,donation procedure,donation status,paid donations;people with volunteering experience are 2.931 times more willing than those with no experience;people who understand the organ donation procedure fully are 1.585 times more willing than those knowing nothing about it,etc.We should strengthen publicity and education,carry out knowledge dissemination activities,establish incentive system for organ donation and implement the strategy of paid donations.
