摘要 结合黄山学院《食品微生物学》实验教学的实践,探讨如何在实验教学中进行教学内容的优化、教学方法的改革、考核制度的创新。通过引导学生参与准备实验、强化预习效果、加强实验课程管理制度和引进多媒体、微课辅助手段进行改革实践,旨在打破传统教学的弊端,激发学生对实验的积极性,使实验教学效果得到良好的提升。 Combined with the practice of experimental teaching of food microbiology in Huangshan University,the thesis discusses how to optimize the experimental teaching content,how to reform the teaching method and how to innovate the assessment system.By guiding students to participate in experiment preparation,strengthening preview effect,enhancing the management of experimental course system and introducing multimedia and micro-classes into reform and practice,the paper aims to stimulate students'enthusiasm about the experiment,break the shortcomings of traditional teaching and improve the teaching effect of the experiment greatly.
