某橡胶厂搬迁遗留场地环境调查与健康风险评估

Environmental Investigation and Health Risk Assessment for the Remaining Site of A Rubber Factory

指出了我国城市化进程持续推进,工业企业纷纷关闭或搬离城区,遗留下大量可能受到污染的土地。以某市橡胶厂搬迁场地为例,依据我国场地环境调查相关导则要求,对其进行了场地环境调查与风险评估。结果表明:该场地土壤中各污染物含量均未超出本次调查所选标准值,场地地下水中镍、铅、砷、锰超出地下水标准。对地下水中超标污染物进行风险评估后风险可接受,无需进行修复。该场地在后续开发过程中可作为商住用地进行开发。

Atpresent,with the advanced process of urbanization in China,industrial enterprises closed or moved away from the urban areas,leaving a large amount of land that may be polluted.Taking the relocation site of a rubber factory in a city as an example,in accordance with the requirements of relevant guidelines for the investigation of site environment in China,this paper carried out the environment investigation and risk assessment for the site.The results showed that the contents of pollutants in the soil did not exceed the selected standard.The nickel,lead,arsenic and manganese exceeded the groundwater standard.Risk assessment of excess pollutants in underground water is acceptable and there is no need to be repaired.The site can be used as a commercial and residential land for development in the process of subsequent development.
