H型垂直轴风力机数值模拟与风洞试验 被引量:2

摘要 以翼型为NACA0012的3叶片小型H型垂直轴风力机为研究对象,采用数值模拟和试验验证的研究方法,分析了不同安装角、不同旋转直径对于风力机气动性能的影响。应用Fluent软件求解三维非定常不可压N-S方程和RNGκ-ε湍流模型,使用Simple算法,采用滑动网格技术,对H型风力机的二维非定常流场特性进行了数值模拟研究,得出了风力机功率曲线图。分析可知当风力机处于低速状态转动时,主要影响因素是风轮直径。随着转速的增加,安装角对于风力机气动性能的影响越来越大,随着安装角的增加,风力机的功率出现先增加后减小的趋势。风洞试验表明,风轮直径在860mm,转速约300r/min,安装角4°,风力机的整体效率最高。数值模拟与风洞试验结果的变化趋势基本相同。 The paper analyzes influence of different installation angles and different rotation diameter on the three blades NACA0012 airfoil H type vertical axis wind turbines(H-VAWT)by the method of the numerical simulation and wind tunnel experiment.The wind turbine power curve is calculated by Fluent software to solve the three-dimensional unsteady incompressible N-S equations and use RNGκ-εturbulence model,the simple algorithm,sliding mesh technology.The analysis shows that the main factor is the diameter of the wind wheel at the low speed.With the increase of speed,the installation angle has more and more influence on the aerodynamic performance of the wind turbine.The power of the wind turbine increases first and then decreases with the increase of installation angle.The wind tunnel experiment shows that the highest efficiency of the wind turbine is obtained when the diameter of the wind wheel is 860mm,the speed is near 300r/min and the installation angle is 4 degrees.The variation trend of the numerical simulation and the wind tunnel experim巳nt results are basical1y the same.
