从武陵山区社会对高职院校农学类专业教师的价值认同入手,阐述了转变社会对职院农学类教师的认知,激发教师内在动力,探讨了如何激发农学教师的内在动力,提出了要实行激励机制,强化管理制度,营造积极的学习环境,加强团队协作精神,这不仅关系到教师的个人职业生涯,而且关系到高职院校人才的培养。
