摘要 为消纳更多风电,提出了风、水、火电短期联合优化调度策略。该策略优先消纳风电,由火电、水电联合运行承担剩余负荷。建立了含约束的多目标非线性优化模型,采用线性加权法将多目标问题转化为单目标问题后,使用粒子群算法进行求解。实例计算表明,该方法充分利用了水电灵活性,减小火电出力波动,同时提高了电网对风电的消纳能力。 In order to consume more wind power,this paper proposes a strategy for short?term united optimal operation of wind power,thermal power and water power by introducing wind power into a water-thermal dispatching system.The main priority is to ensure the maximum output of wind power,with the water-thermal dispatching system to keep the load balance of the grid system.Calculations show that this method make full use of the flexibility of water power and the ability of electricity grid.It absorbs the wind power is en?hanced.
