新型绝缘伸缩式带抱夹防滑梯的研制与应用

Research and Application of New Type Ladder with Insulated Scalable and Antislip Functions

户外式变电站进行变电检修与维护工作中,上下T型构架使用的爬梯存在隐患。如果在工作中操作不当,极容易造成放电事故,危及人身和设备的安全。为解决这一问题,研制了新型绝缘伸缩式带抱夹防滑梯。现场应用结果表明,此防滑梯实用性强,提高工作人员的安全性,具有较高的应用价值。不仅为作业人员移动体位提供了登高用具,而且提高了设备检修维护时作业人员的人身安全和操作的可靠性能,具有很好的社会效益。

This paper analyze the problems existed in outdoor maintenance work when the operators up and down T type shelves.It is extremely easy to cause accidents of discharge,which will endanger the safety of the person and equipment because of improper opera-tion.In order to solve this problem,a new type ladder with insulated and antislip functions is needed.The application results show that the new ladder had good practicability,safety and wide application value.It does not only provide conveniences for the mobile of the operator,but also improve the personal safety and operation of the personnel in the maintenance of the equipment,and it had good so-cial benefits.
