转移接地设备在配电网单相接地故障中的安全性分析 被引量:5

摘要 东沟110kV变电站老旧的10kV配电线路因分相断路器合闸而发生短路故障,文章分析了事故的主要原因,并着重分析了转移接地设备的安全性问题,给出了防止分相断路器合闸后引起跳闸事件的相关措施。在中性点不接地配电网系统中,当发生单相接地故障后,转移接地设备可提升选线和故障定位的成功率,有利于提高供电可靠性和配电网外绝缘隐患的恢复,对于电缆—架空线路混合配电网更有优势。 In the old 10 kV distribution line of Donggou 110 kV substation,a short-circuit fault occurred due to the closing of the phase-breaking circuit breaker.The article analyzes the main causes of accidents,and focuses on the analysis of the safety issues of the transfer grounding equipment,and gives measures to prevent tripping caused by tripping of the phase-breaking circuit-breakers.In the neutral point ungrounded distribution network system,when a single-phase earth fault occurs,the transfer of the grounding equipment can improve the success rate of line selection and fault location,which is conducive to improving the reliability of power supply and the recovery of insulation hazards outside the distribution network.For cableoverhead line hybrid distribution network is more advantageous.
