摘要
民营企业应该实施员工分享在理论和政策层面已有一定共识,但如何分享还需做进一步的研究。员工分享模式可分为利润分享、虚拟股权分享和员工持股这三种类型,并选取了永辉超市、华为公司、东升房地产营销策划公司作为案例进行研究,分析其员工分享的实施背景和操作方案。从分享获得、分享内容等方面对这三种分享模式进行比较。
There is a certain consensus that private enterprises should implement employee sharing at the theoretical and policy level,but further research is needed on how to share.Employee share mode can be divided into the profit sharing,virtual equity sharing and employee share three types,and selected the Yonghui supermarket,Huawei company,Dongsheng real estate marketing planning company as a case study,analyze the background and operation plan of its employee share implementation.On this basis,authors compared these three share modes from sharing profit and sharing content,etc.
