全球价值链背景下中国制造业与服务业对外投资关系研究

The Study on the Relationship between China's Manufacturing Industry and Service Industry OFDI under the Background of Global Value Chains

构建中国制造业和服务业OFDI的逆向技术溢出对我国产业结构优化影响的模型,结果显示:我国从各国的进口贸易获得的国际研发资本存量显著促进了我国产业结构合理化的提高;通过外商投资获得的国外研发资本存量不利于中国产业结构高级化;我国通过国内研发支出占比消化吸收后的我国制造业OFDI技术溢出对我国产业结构高级化存在积极影响;通过服务业对外投资获得的国外研发资本存量对我国产业结构高级化的促进作用显著为负。

This paper analyzes the effects of OFDI's reverse technology spillover in China's manufacturing industry and service industry on China's industrial structure optimization.The results show that international R&D capital stock which China obtained from the import trade significantly promote China's industrial structure improvement.The international R&D capital stock which China obtained from FDI has negative impact on high polarization of China's industrial structure.The international R&D capital stock which China obtained from OFDI in manufacturing industries significantly promotes China's industrial structure improvement considering proportion of R&D expenditure.But international R&D capital stock which China obtained from OFDI of service industries has negative impact on high polarization of China's industrial structure.
