摘要 印刷检测仪是LTCC多层基板制造的关键工艺设备,机器视觉系统是其核心部件。检测过程中发现,刚印刷完的生瓷片图像上多数图形有白色条纹,造成目标和背景混淆,影响检测结果。运用鱼骨图分析原因,通过改变图形表面干燥度、更换为拱形光源等措施,改进图像采集系统,避免反光,提高采集图像质量。通过实验可知,改进后的图像质量稳定可靠,满足生产要求。 The printing detector is one of the key equipment of LTCC multi-layer substrate manufacture.Machine vision system is the core component of the equipment.However,in the process of detection,it is found that most of the images of raw ceramics have white stripes,which causes confusion between target and background and affects the detection results.The factor which causes white stripes are analyzed with fishbone diagram.By changing the dryness and replacing it with arched light source,the image acquisition system is improved,which avoids reflection and improves the quality of the acquired image.At last,experiments show that the improved image quality is stable and reliable,and meets the production requirements.
